We know they are popular for being nutritionally dense, in other words, carry a lot more Vitamins, Minerals and Antioxidants for a small calorific value as compared to other foods. That’s great, but the problem with most popular Superfoods is that they are pretty expensive like Avocado, Blueberries and Goji Berries and therefore, out of reach for most of us.
