What Information We Collect

• At the time of account creation, you will have options such as “Connect via Facebook” or “Connect via Google” in which you will prompted to link your profiles. In case you do so, there will be information exchanged between the various social networking sites and Light Up’s website and that information will be subject to the privacy policy of those social networking sites . On the other hand, if you are logged into the site but not into Google or any social networking platform, you will be prompted to enter your Google / social networking platform credentials and allowing Light Up to access this information subject to the privacy policy of Google or other social networking platforms. You can always disable connections to your social networking accounts by going to Account Settings and unselecting the various social media platforms.
How we will share your information
• If there is a co-sponsor for a sweepstakes or contest, or a distribution partner for the promotional/marketing activity, or if we need to share your personal information in order to fulfil a service to you or to complete a promotional or marketing activity, we may share information in order to complete the activity concerned.

Right to delete
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we collected about you and retained subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete, and direct our service providers to delete your personal information from our records, unless an exception permitted by CPA applies. We do not delete information obtained from or reflecting business-to-business transactions.
