Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi via Shiprocket through reputable courier partners. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. The expected delivery date of the order is typically within 4-5 business days. For locations which are remote or in interior areas, this may take between 7-10 working days.
Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
Shipping charges
For India Orders: We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 249, within India. For all orders below INR 249, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 99.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Shiprocket with all the requisite tracking details. To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact us with your order number and registered email address at customercare@lightupbeauty.com or call us at +91-11-47068011 . We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Friday from 10:30 am to 7pm (except on Public holidays)
